I bought two of these SA10034 delphi systems. The first played well for about 6 months, I used it only at home, and I bought another one to use when I was outside or on the run. At roughly the same time, both units stopped displaying on the CD/AM/FM side. What happened, anyone have any ideas.
I have two of these and use them at home and elsewhere. Great product with excellent sound quality.
I really like this boombox. I mainly use it to listen to XM radio but I like the fact that I can play a CD (rarely) or listen to AM/FM radio (occasionally). Not the highest fidelity in the world but it is great for around the house, backyard BBQ-ing, working in the yard, the beach.
None of the problems noted in the other reviews other than the instruction manual not being correct/clear. We have owned this system for several years now. Only item that bugs me is that the unit always remains in the standby mode, a problem if the batteries are used then not removed when done. Very good sound for it's size. Lots of features. It will drain the batteries all the way down, a real problem if rechargables are used. Other than that, wouldn't leave home without it.
I bought this item about a month ago. My only complaint is that the radio is difficult to remove from the slot and takes some effort. I have been very pleased with it. It has good sound and I have not experienced the noise that some other reviewers have written about. I liked this enough that we replaced our old (CD quit working) shelf stereo system with this. I actually have two - one for work and one for home.
